Godrevy Cove is a quiet stretch of beach on the Lizard Peninsula.

The cove arcs around with a rocky outcrop in the middle separating the long beach into two parts. The northern beach does get cut off at high water so care must be taken on an incoming tide.

The beach provides lovely swimming and kayaking when the conditions are calm and is a perfect place to kayak along the coast towards Porthoustock to explore the rocky pinnacles of the inner Manacles reef, infamous for shipwrecks in the 19th century.

There is little to no parking in Rosenithon so it’s worth parking in St Keverne and enjoying the walk to Godrevy, or for keen walkers the journey from Coverack provides a stunning coastal walk, taking you through the abandoned Dean Quarry just to the south of Godrevy.
